Registration (held at Stadium Field):
9:00-10:00 AM- Participant check-in, shirt, bracelet and balloon pick-up & same-day registration.
10:00-10:15 AM- Participants meet on the Stadium Field for a few words and the Balloon Launch.
10:15 AM – 5K Run
10:20 AM – 3K Walk
10:30 AM – Little Tyke Walk on Track
11:30 AM-11:45 AM – Award Ceremony held on the Track.
11:45 AM-1:30 PM – The Food Truck Rodeo, Bounce Houses, DJ, Clowns, Petting Zoo, Fire Trucks, and games for kids.
*Following the awards will be The Food Truck Rodeo, Bounce Houses, a DJ, Clowns, Petting Zoo, Fire Trucks, and games for kids just to name a few.
5K Awards: Medals for overall first place male and first place female finisher. Medals to the first place male and first place female in seven age groups:
12 & under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60 & over.
5K Run Course: Mostly flat and on grass. Almost the perimeter of the Gates Chili Campus. Sorry, this course is not suitable for wheelchairs.
3K Walk Course: Same as 5K course but not as much around the Middle School.
Little Tykes Walk: One lap around track.
Timing: Manually timed, results will be available on event day.
Water: A few hydration stops will be provided on the course.
Restrooms: Available inside the High School.
Fundraising: Register as a Individual or as a Team. Top Fundraiser as an Individual and as a Team will receive great prizes. Individuals and Teams are encouraged to dress up in funny costumes, funny hats or whatever!! Make your team stand out from the crowd!!!
